Meet Karla
Karla Beedles is the founder of K Beedles Consulting, a leadership and organizational development agency. Karla is an innovative success strategist, certified leadership coach, trainer, speaker, and author. After 14 years of working in the corporate world and 9 years as a successful COO, her strong desire to help others unleash their greatest potential in life, business and career are what pulled her into entrepreneurship in 2017.
Having worked in Executive Leadership roles both in the corporate and non-profit sectors for over a decade, her experience gives her the ability to evaluate circumstances, pinpoint root causes and provide winning solutions for individuals and organizations.
Karla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kennesaw State University and obtained her coaching and training certification with the John Maxwell Team. In addition to being recognized for her leadership throughout her career, she quickly gained recognition as an entrepreneur. In 2018 Karla was awarded Top Ten Young Professional of West Georgia. Karla has held 2 consecutive terms as the chair of the Small Business Committee for her local Chamber of Commerce. She is also a proud member of WEOP and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority.
Born in Louisiana, Karla now resides in the Greater Atlanta Area with her husband, Cedric Beedles.
